Every new account also opens with a free 7-day trial of Plus so you can see your full pattern history. When the trial ends, nothing is deleted; you simply drop to Free unless you choose to keep Plus.
What happens when my 7-day free trial ends?+
Nothing is charged and nothing is erased. Because we never take your card up front, the trial simply expires. Your account moves to the Free tier and everything you logged stays in place. Keep Plus or Pro and your full history, patterns, and sealed notes stay unlocked.
What is the difference between Plus and Pro?+
Plus ($9/month or $79/year) is for one person: guided exercises, the urge log, full journal, trigger patterns, victories log, partner pairing, and unlimited sealed notes. Pro ($19/month or $149/year) includes everything in Plus for both you and your partner on one bill, plus conflict mediation exercises, a shared partner dashboard, and a written pause contract you can edit together.
How does couple pairing work?+
Pairing is free and works on any plan. One of you generates a partner code inside the app; the other enters it to link the accounts. You can exchange sealed notes and the unsent letter, but your private logs always stay private — pairing shares connection, not your journal.
Does my partner need to pay too on the Pro plan?+
No. Pro covers both of you on a single bill. Your partner gets their own sign-in and their own private logs, and one subscription unlocks Pro features for the pair — including the shared dashboard and conflict mediation exercises.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel from the Manage subscription screen inside the app. Access continues until the end of the paid period, and every purchase is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
